What sort of work do you do?

All aspects of building. Commercial to residential, small to big, standard to custom. From framework to high-end fit out we strive to keep the same quality finishes throughout all stages of the building process.

Where are you based and where do you service?

We are based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Our service areas are from the Hills District, North Shore, Northern Beaches through to the Eastern Suburbs.

What hours and days do you work?

Monday to Friday 7am-5pm

Saturday 8am-1pm

Do you work on an hourly rate or fixed price?

We usually on a fixed price for all of our jobs which is great for both parties knowing how much the job will cost before it commences. Which eliminates the chance of the budget getting blown out. However, depending on the job we may potentially look at hourly rate in some circumstances. 

 

Do you require a deposit before starting the job?

Yes, a 10% deposit is required to lock the dates in for the job.

 

What payment methods do you take?

Bank transfer 

Eftpos

Do you supply the materials or do I need to purchase them myself?

Generally, we provide the materials as part of our quoted price. However, should you have something specific or the item goes on sale then we are more than happy for you to purchase the materials.

Do you work in the rain?

If the job is able to be still completed outside in the weather maintaining our high quality finished product and not damaging the tools or materials then yes we do.

Do you work on public holidays?

No

Do you offer free quotes?

Yes, we offer free quotes for all jobs. We also provide an obligation free visit for medium to large jobs.
